Hi, my name is Brian Koster, and I have lived and owned property in Austin for over 20 years. As an owner, a landlord, and having served on HOA boards, I understand the challenges of property management. I can relate to the needs of the homeowner and homeowner associations. With over 34 years of experience in fortune 500 companies, I also bring a wealth of business management skills.
Having experienced several frustrating events with property management companies in the past, my goal is to bring you an unparalleled level of service in managing your property. We will look out for your property as if it was our own. We chose PMI as our franchisor because of the large systems they have in place for managing property, the national presence, and the excellent support team.
